Guideline for Submissions

INTJOR is published online four times in a year. It is a double blind reviewed online open access journal. It accepts original unpublished research papers and book reviews in the area of, Language, Linguistics, Lexicogrphy, Education, Business, Economics and Commerce, Medical Sciences & Literature.

Submission Criteria

• Manuscripts can be submitted up to the length of 3500 words.
• Manuscripts can be submitted in English language.
• All manuscripts must be submitted through an email attachment in MS word format to editor
• Submit your manuscripts in MS Word. Manuscripts MUST be single-spaced, with 1-inch margins on all sides and 12-point Times New Roman font. Please number pages consecutively, beginning with the first text page as page 1. Put the centered numbers at the bottom of the page.
• ALL authors listed on the manuscript MUST fill the declaration form and send to editor along with the paper/book review.
• All visuals must be embedded in MS Office file. If you are using some special fonts, convert your MS Office file to PDF file and send both MS office and PDF files in attachment to editor
• Sources of quotations and all other borrowed materials must be clearly identified.
• The writing style used is direct, informative and conversational.
• In formatting your cited references, follow the standards set for references only in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, Sixth Edition (APA)
• All submitted articles are reviewed by two peer reviewers considered familiar with the specific subject matter, including at least one member of the journal’s Editorial Advisory Board/reviewers committee.
• Make sure your manuscript has NO identifying author information on any pages of the manuscript, clearly defined sections with subheadings, 2-point Times New Roman font, 1” margins all around, pages numbered continuously, an unbiased, evidence-based discussion of the topic, a discussion of the practical implications of the topic for advance practice and/or staff nurses, lists, charts, tables, illustrations or figures that enhance the reader’s understanding of the topic, artwork, photographs or other images submitted as imbedded in MS Office file as high-resolution files (at least 300 dpi) and references cited and formatted according to APA Sixth Edition.
• Make sure that you have attached properly filled declaration form. Following declaration form should be sent as an attachment along with the research paper for the processing of the paper.

I/We hereby certify that the article titled “---------------------------------------------“ submitted in International Journals of Research (www.intjr.com) is original research work by me/us, and the work/s of others is duly acknowledged by me/us, and I/we have duly cited all such work/s in the text as well as in the list of references, and that I/we have presented within quotes all the original sentences and phrases, etc. taken from the sources that I/we have consulted in writing this article.

I/we further declare that the paper submitted for publication in International Journals of Research (www.intjr.com) is neither plagiarized nor previously published. It is not currently submitted for review to any other journal, and will not be submitted elsewhere before a decision is made by this journal. I also declare that I will not republish the same article once it is published in International Journal of Business, Education and Linguistics.

I/we also declare that I/we will pay the publication fee for the article/dissertation as per criteria described by International Journals of Research (www.intjr.com) as and when my paper/book review is accepted for publication in the journal.

Review Policy

All manuscripts submitted for publication will undergo rigorous peer review based on following process:

1. Initial decision of the editor based on the formatting of script, originality, and language used:
2. Blind review by at least two reviewers.

The reviewers are selected from editorial board or the reviewers’ panel. Many researchers are member of this panel who lend their to review the papers. The editor decides on the reviewer’s feedback.

After receiving feedback, the editor, with the consultation of editorial board, will write to the author as per recommendation of the reviewers. If the feedback is positive and reviewers recommend the publication of the paper, the author/s will be asked to send the publication fee for processing of article for publication. If the fee is not received, the publication of the article will be delayed till next issue.

Publication Fee

The publication fee for an article of 3500 words is $100 (USD). The author will pay the fee once the paper is accepted for publication after the positive comments of the reviewers. The author will pay $0.025 USD for each additional word. The publication fee covers formatting, publication, one hard copy of the journal and postage expenditures.
